Nymerswell was recently rebuilt through the efforts of Lord Desmond Uller and he granted the lordship to his uncle, Alesander, thus creating a cadet branch of House Uller. It was built around the ruins of the Shandystone holdfasts, expanding it into a proper coastal town.
