STUTTERING AUDIO AND GAME(STEAM VERSION)

As said in the title. Whenever I go to the campaign map or battle, the audio and the game itself with stutter for a microsecond and make the audio playing at that second echo. It's not enough to make the game unplayable, but enough to make it annoying. I'm playing this on a laptop with a windows 10 os , 8 gigs of ram, and an intel i7.

Have you tried updating your audio drivers?

And please don't use white font - it's hard to read because of the low contrast on the default styles

All my audio drivers are up to date and this is the steam version for those who are wondering. Sorry about the white font. It appeared that way when typing and I couldn't find a way to change it to black and I didn't notice the giant A when typing.
