What does training level do?
I'm working on a mod to make wizards combat prowess a little more in-line with the table top game (so they don't take down 100 dwarf warriors single handily in combat).
Going through the land units table I noticed the training_level column and can't seem to find what it does anywhere, All characters seem to be elite but I don't want to change something if I have no idea what it does.

I've noticed that if you change it to "mob" (see: zombies) then your units don't all face forward when standing. I don't know if the other entries have a real, noticeable difference among them.

First off it relates to how your units reacts to fatigue, or more how much moral shock/damage it takes when it is concerned.
A poorly_trained unit will get the full amount of moral penalty when it is concerned by fatigue but an elite unit won't get a penalty.
So it basically relates to unit moral and a visual aspect is the units formation.
