After taking care of unfinished affairs in his own businesses in King's Landing, Arthur went to the brothel of his most important associate, an obese man who went by the name of Chichibio.
He was there to talk to the man and gather the information his Prince was after.

He paused looking up as Arthur came into the room, "Arthur," The man says his chins wiggling as he speaks, and his eyes narrow. "What can I do for you today?"

Arthur was a little repulsed by the man. But he had learnt to deal with it. They had done business in several occasions.

"I'm looking for information Chichibio. I've been away for far too long. This city is like a stranger to me now."

Fowler saw the bag of coin on top of the desk. Surely the Blackfyre soldiers and the Golden Company mercenaries had been faithful costumers to establishments such as Chichibio's.
