Mending Fences
A paltry force of the Westermen gathered and set off from their encampments. Tygett led them, the young lion. Their initial successes against the Rivermen had been soured by a cowardly but well thought out night raid from the Freys. A Lannister always pays his debts. Tygett thought to himself. Tywin would be in no mood after this. Such a reversal was a disgrace. "We ride to the Twins." He called to his men. "Anyone who wants to come, may." He set off at an uncomfortable pace. The Tully whore and craven son of Frey in tow. Their hands were bound but otherwise they were untouched. No point in blindfolding them.
It would take just over a day to reach that wretched bridge they called a castle. Perhaps it would serve a better purpose pulled down into the river itself and the Freys with it. All in good time.

Re: Mending Fences
Lord Daemon Westerling And his own men followed their Lords Paramount brother to the Twins. Lucky for him he was able to keep up with the Lord.. But his men did not fare so well and some were way behind them.No matter they will catch up to them or die.. it was there choice after all. He was not really pleased with making peace with the riverlands.. but what else could they do right ?. It was hopeless to fight something that could not be won and without a Lord Paramount there was no way there army could fight the riverlands one and win.. No they needed their Lord Paramount first then they could think about War.. If that is the course that he would take.. But he did not know nor would he ask.. He was a minor lord after all and when they did something he would follow suit and follow them and do what they asked him to do.

Robb Reyne, the young lord of Castamere, follow Tygett. Truth be told he found the whole situtation funny. Tywin thought he was some sort of hero from legend, the second coming of Lann the Clever, all the Lannisters did. But now he was being held captive by some upstart Rivermen House. The irony was not lost on him.

Re: Mending Fences
Soon they arrived outside the Twins, what was a surprisingly large fortress now. Old Walder had been busy. The grey stone of the bridge was clean and sunlight reflected off the water sending spots of light dancing up and down the walls of the towers, bridge, and stout curtain wall. Thousands of men were present, armed, and the castle bustled. There were hundreds of knights, horses, squires, wenches, and veritable tent cities. Soon the gates opened and a lean, tall man with straight black hair emerged. Several dozen armed knights followed behind him, and there was Tywin in chains. It was a pitiful sight. He was dressed in the filthy clothes he was captured in. The man with black hair stopped and greeted the Lannister party. "Hello, I am Tommen Frey. You probably don't know who I am, but that doesn't matter. I know you." he gave a yellow smile. "Now then let's get on with it." He turned around and unlocked Tywin's shackled hands.
Tygett gestured to his own prisoners, who were led forward. Soon Lady Tully and Lothar were headed towards the Twins, while Tywin walked briskly to his own men. One brought out a horse emblazoned with Lannister colors, a marvellous beast. Tywin wordlessly mounted it and set off at a full gallop away from the scene, heading west. Most of the Lannister retainers followed him.
Tygett looked back helplessly at the smiling Frey boy, who embraced his brother. The pair turned their backs and walked back into their keep.

Lord Daemon Westerling followed his Lord Paramount and soon he and his men were galloping behind. All of it took a matter of seconds it seems and now they made their way back home hopefully.

Re: Mending Fences
Raymar had sent Ryon, his second son, along with the party. He'd distinguished himself leading the assault on the walls for the capture of Pinkmaiden, and following his injury in commanding the archers during the seizure of Stone Hedge and the picket line in the short-lived siege of Darry. Having lived much of his life in Donnel's shadow, as he was the second son, the chance to prove himself was one he'd grasped with both hands.
Ryon went with the small retinue to the Twins. The journey was sullen, the party knowing they were marching to exchange for the prisoner whose capture had stopped their conquest of the Riverlands in its tracks. Tywin himself seemed most unhappy, wordlessly mounting his steed and making for home, the rest of the party scrambling to follow behind.

Tygett placed a hand on Ryon's arm. "We have need of you at the Rock." he said before spurring his horse to folow Tywin.
