Campaign_cap vs campaign_total_Cap

Hi, anyone knows what's the difference between campaign_cap and campaign_total_cap?.

You mean for the units? apparently there's only one difference : for example if you cap a unit to 5 it will be both 5 in campaign_cap and campaign_total_cap but if you don't cap a unit it'll be 0 for campaign_cap but "-1" for campaign_total_cap. Just seen that through work on vanilla units...
