[Help] Adding Offices to Vampire Counts

Hi everyone! So, i'm trying to create offices similar to the Empire's for the VC. I've been working on establishing the faction leader office for Mannfred and a singular other office to just test the waters. My problem is that Mannfred's office just shows up as Acolyte and I have no idea where that is coming from after deleting every reference to Acolyte for VC in the databases that i can find.

As for my test office, I created an office by using the unique ID for the Graveyard Warden office already in the db. I got the office portrait to appear and the description shows up, but the effects don't appear and they don't apply to a general that i place in the office

Finally, I have two white boxes over the office portraits that are obviously some sort of graphical reference but I have no idea what these are, where to find them, or what they are referencing.

If anyone's messed with the politics and ministerial DBs, i'd appreciate picking your brain and your assistance for my issues.

I've been trying to do this also, but seems you got a lot further than I have. Can you share what you did and which files? Perhaps we can muddle through it together?

As an afterthought. I noticed the woodelfs have two offices already unlocked with four more needing various buildings. If anyone knows how to add extra office slots or how to unlock them. It would be appreciated if you'd share your knowledge.
