Default Crash: two times in the second battle of a campaign

just had two times a crash in the battle. The second battle (in the first season) of the first campaign with this release 2.2a.
..i guess in the log file is only the last crash.
it happenend in the same way in the first try of this battle: some minutes after starting the battle. not a CTD but the battle just freezes.
i only could go out of it with opening the task manager and end the game with there.

additonal info: i had Fraps running (version 3.4.7) and made screenshots with it. ..as always with lot of use of the "pause" button and the F7 and Ctrl.+F2 in order to use Fraps in battle.
System: Windows 10 pro, 64 bit

according to Quintus advice, i only copied out the lines with "error" of the log file. ...still quite a lot of lines but as it is only about 136KB
i uploaded all of that extract and not just the last 20 lines of it (..would really the last 20 of that be enough??)

well i try to solve this battle meanwhile with autocalc and see how this campaign will proceed.

    thanks,
    Kleitos

Uploading an edited log file really isn't helpful, I'm afraid. That doesn't have the terminating error at the end, nor does it show if there's a gap in time between last trace and termination. Could you upload the entire log, please?

    ok, then the whole file.
i just understood it that way like in your "how to post an error log" thread: ...(Ctrl+f) for the word "error", click "Find All in Current Document", then copy the bottom 20 or so lines from that list that appears in a split screen underneath.

Actually, since i started after this crash the game new - i thought the old error log would be overwritten ..at least the time info of the log text indicates this. But when searching with the word "error" still, there are a lot of them. ..and it looks like they are the lines of the former crash ...?? i dont get it.
..i attached it anyway - as a zip file now.

No terminating error in that log:

    Code: [View]
15:35:51.482 [game.script.trigger] [info] 000 triggers tested by event EventCounter
    15:35:51.482 [system.io] [info] exists: missing mods/EBII/preferences/player.txt
Indeed there's more than 10 minutes (an eternity in processor-time) between the end of the log and the last error trace. Doesn't tell us anything, unfortunately.

well thanks for looking. ...next time i think on that and copy the system.log file immediately after the crash - ..i'm afraid now this error lines in the last uploaded file did not refer to the battle crash.
sorry if i botherd you with an useless file.
...there were no problems in the following two battles.

The error log only ever records the last time the game ran - so if you've replayed since the crash, all the details are gone, overwritten by the last session.

..yes, i just looked into those two different log files (copied the older one out) ..but what i dont get is that in both files the same error starts beginning with the exact same line (number of the line - on the very left side) ..obviously not an error which caused a CTD or a freeze like yesterday. ..although actually after each game session this file suppose to be overwritten.?
anyway, next time i think on that and copy out the file immediately after a crash. ...to have the report of a proper crash.

Most of the "errors" reported (like all the EDB ones saying there's more than one upgrade option for a building) are false positives. They're not game-ending, and in fact they're not even real errors.
