Koinon Hellenon docks absent?

First of all i would like to thank you all for the wonderful work you're doing but i do notice some (minor) problems in the 2,2 release.

I played a campaign with Epirus and Rome, i quit both after approximately 100 turns. During both these campaigns i found that the docks in Sparta, Athens and Rhodes are not there. They are present in the building roster but not on the campaign map. It isn't possible to recruit ships there and they don't give any trade revenue. Destroying and rebuilding is a quick fix but i think it limits the value of those settlements for the AI.
Another minor issue i found is the relative weakness of Carthage. During both my campaigns they got overrun quite easily by the Numidians (after 40 turns or so they always end up with the Balearic islands and some sicilian provinces, Africa and Spain are gone).

In any case, love the mod, keep up the good work

You need to install the latest patch always to fix any bugs.
As for Carthage...i guess you are unlucky. I have never seen it lose to Ai factions in any of my campaigns but they sometimes start a little slow.
