Default Questions regarding the Roman Military Reforms (v2.2a)

What are the exact requirements for the Roman reforms for EBII v2.2a?

All I could find is this:
    Polybian reform :
    - Will happen past turn 100 if the player has had at least 4 large battles (enemy has over 10 units) in cisalpine Gaul (Felsina, Segesta, Medilanon, Patavium, Massalia, Segestica, Dalminion) and at least 5 large land battles (over 10 enemy units) against Carthage. Be warned, the battles possibly need to be initiated by you to count.
    - Will happen automatically at turn 249 if the conditions above are not met.

Marian and Augustan reforms to be added later.
From Simpelicity's Reform requirements. But the last update there was in Oct 2015.

Thing is: I might have problems getting 5 large battles vs Carthage. As they seem quite weakend by Numidia, which was even able to conquer the Province south of Carthage from them.

PS: I'm at turn 91 in 250BC. Just invading Nothern Africa to get the required battles.

Polybian reforms will happen at turn 150+ if you own Felsina, Segesta and Patava and the three settlements in Sicily. I think the battle requirements have been removed, but I'm not entirely sure.

Do you know, if the team has posted the requirements anywhere?

    And where is Felsina?

Battle requirements are for the earliest possible trigger, which happens after turn 100.

Holding Sicily and Cisalpine Gaul from turn 150 is the second potential trigger.

Turn 248 onwards is the final fallback for player and AI, to make absolutely sure they do happen.
