    My game: Playing Romani on hard (campaign), very hard (battles) with v2.2a.

    At turn 54 or so the games freezes during the AI turn (at the Ptolemaioi to be precise). I tried loading my last save, but had the exact same issue at the exact same turn.

    I've attached my eb.system.log-file. I hope that's all you need.

    I believe it tells you in the game information historic event that you have to wait sometimes for factions to horde- it's not a freeze.

    Though there were 123 [error]'s in my log. With stuff like this:

    01:43:59.051 [script.err] [error] Script Error in mods/EBII/data/export_descr_buildings.txt, at line 24984, column 3
    Building DB error - faction f_bosporan has gap in building prior to gymnasium
    Anyhow, next time it happens, i'll wait for more that 1-2 minutes. Hopefully it's not a bug. I'd quite like to continue my rather interesting campaign.

    They're not real errors, they're false positives because they have more than one upgrade option.

    I have never known EBII to freeze, not ever. It either crashes, or it's doing something.

    Seems I was mistaken. The game didn't freeze on the AI turn, when I tried it the third time around a little earlier today. And yes, it never crashed. Only the AI turns took very long around the Ptolemaioi. So I pressed the left and/or right mouse-button and a message, along the lines of "M2TW/program isn't responding" asking to end process or cancel, appeared. At that point it looked like the game was frozen for good.

    Anyhow. So the game is running smooth so far. And sorry for the unnessesary trouble.


    BTW: Is there any chance, you can add a brief official explanation of the military reform requirements and offices mechnics in the FAQ or a new sticky? I found unofficial threads on these matters, but their not always up-to-date and the authors are not always sure if their assumptions are actually correct. It wouldn't have to be immediately or super detailed.

    Mantaprey's guide is the most comprehensive, and mostly up to date. He's got access to the dev build, now, so can see all this stuff as it's worked out.
