The use of Gyrocopters?
I just tried the gyrocopters (well 2 of them) and they feel a bit underwhelming.
The enemy was walking with a giant army tight packed, only 2 archer units so perfect to bomb them i thought.
Only thing is, it barely dented their units despite me aiming the bombs neatly on their heads (half the unit went flying). After dropping 20 bombs they still barely took damage while my organ artillery obliterated and routed several units on their way to my defensive line.
And i had a engineer in there too + the lord had the gyrocopter talent.
In a different battle i used them to attack the enemy artillery. Even then their killing power was bad, they only won because frankly artillery are poop vs anything close combat.
I don't think they are "bad", just underwhelming. Im glad i included them just because they tie up the enemy artillery but i have the feeling cannons would do a better job.
Anyways could someone explain to me how to properly use gyrocopters? :3

Gyros are really good in siege defense, especially against Chaos and Undead if they don't have any flyers.
You can fly out of the base and shoot enemy climbers and those attacking the gate.

I honestly use them only to hostigate flying enemy units, but not always worth it

Mmm thats good.
I also did a few more battles with them. They can act as falnking unit, and to weaken enemy units. They always have high kill count. And they can tie up artillery. I guess thats good enough :3
