I've got the 'Video Settings' menu maxed out in terms of graphics (so highest resolution etc) and I'm running the game on a fairly powerful PC for today's games (let alone a game made in 2005) and I'm still not getting the high quality graphics that I see many post on here with screenshots etc.

Is there a separate mod or adjustments that I need to make alongside Stainless Steel?

Are you sure that the pics you mentioned haven't been taken with GEM or edited somehow?
