Instructions for changing number of soldiers in a unit

As the title says, can someone share how to do this?

I have been trying this using the PFM 4, but am i supposed to use the ESF editor instead maybe or something?

Should be able to change this in the main_units table.

Thank you, in my PFM the columns needed to edit those numbers were not visible for some reason, but once i undid that i could see them fine.
