    Default display driver has stopped working and recovered

    I get this message every time on startup screen.Tried steam in offline mode, tried setting graphics to low.Checked windows update to make sure drivers were up to date.It crashes every time after red bar fills.My specs are Windows Vista, 8gb of ram, 3.00 ghz.Radeon 7700 HD card.I realize this is an old computer but it meets minimum specs so it should run.Developers plan on releasing a patch for this? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

    3 ghz of what? also, technical help of this kind is better to ask on the official tech forums. they have dedicated techs to help players like you.

    do you have this problem with any other game or during the operation of Windows? Please run a demanding benchmark like Valley or Heaven and see if it happens again. There are many reasons for this issue.
