But in any case this conference is about the holocaust, not about Israel.
Although the two are linked because the main objection Iran has against the holocaust is that it's used as a justification for the creation of Israel.
Their logic is that if the holocaust didn't happen then Israel has no right to exist.
Personally I think Israel has no right to exist with or without the holocaust (so I agree with those orthodox Jews I guess).

It is true that Ahmadinejad NEVER said that Israel should be WIPED OFF THE MAP. It is just another intentional mistranslation by Zionist owned media I guess.

The closest meaning of Ahmadinejad's real remark in English was that the current Zionist regime in Israel would vanish overtime. Similar quote was used by the Ayatollah Khomeini when he talked about the downfall of the Shah's regime.

And some of the "experts" say they have proof the holocaust did happen.
They might be a minority (most "expert" there are skinheads and other weirdos), but I think they will be allowed to at least present their evidence and then it will be hard for Iran to deny those facts.

Worst thing that can happen is Iran makes a fool of itself again.
Best thing they will finally admit the holocaust happened (I admit the chance of this happening is very small, but crazier things have happened in Iran).

Well, the majority ARE skinheads and weirdo's, and I doubt they have any valid evidence against the holocaust. (does such evidence even exist? the holocaust happened for a fact so disproving it would be very difficult if not impossible).

All I was saying is that there are also a few "experts" (I'm not sure if they are real experts, or that they just pretend to be experts like all the skinheads) with real evidence that the holocaust did happen (including several Jews, btw), and ignoring them will be very difficult.

After the iraq war, just after it, Iran offered unconditional talks with the US.
The leaders there didn't want to be next on the US attack list.
The US didn't even respond.
So, A hardliner came to power, and a more aggressive stance was taken.
