Everyone who work and have worked on EBII, thank you so much for all your hard work, I can't express with words how much respect I have for everyone of you. I've been following this project for 8 years now, and it has been quite a ride! Cheers for 2.2!

well done team. now i can delete 2.1b installer withclear mind and take break by hold'em grinding.
My thanks to everyone on the EB team.. They have done a mighty fine job with the new release, Cheers!
Although if I may, I would like to suggest to rename the files on future releases with the version numbers. Just so it won't get bunched up with the older versions
I accidentally deleted my 2.2 just as it was finished thinking that its the old 2.1.b file that way
Welp, at least there's a fair amount of seeders so the (re)download is going smoothly
YEESSSS! FINALLYY!
So excited for the release. Thanks one mroe time to all the time from the first to the last. I will still have to wait a bit as torrent downlaoding doesnt work for me but its ok because the release is here and Im gonna be playing it today or tomorrow I hope hehehe.
Hope to be alonside you for the further releases till the completion of this amzing mod.
We will either find a way, or make one.
Huzzah!
By the way i want the game to be a little "bloodier" so to say. Can i install Crimson Tide upon this new release or would it break?
Playing like a maniac and i say that i love it! Just the small little changes makes your skin crawl, it´s fantastic. Im starting up a Romani campaign again, and it´s nice to see Arretium, Capua and Arpi to be Socii Italici directly and have Roman Colonies.
And the new/changed building icons looks amazing! Everything looks amazing. Having this being released and Roma Surrectum III just some week ago is like christmas for me. Two of the best and most historically accurate mods that ever existed, and
probably will exist! This is it boys and girls. Now let´s just enjoy this masterpiece
Im going to seed for as long as i can, i seed the installer version.
You! The whole EB2 team should just siit back and enjoy! And sense the smell of victory, because this is a great achievement you have accomplished. And we all bow before your greatness!![]()
Every thing seems to be working fine. Game still crashed on the first campaign launch.
I noticed that Triarii are reduced in numbers a lot. I assume this is intended?
Gonna try a dual faction campaign in an hour or two and start testing. Thanks EB Team for all the hard work.
BTW, when is 2.3 gonna be released?![]()
I suspect there's something in the compiling process that builds the installer that does that. No idea why it happens.
Triarii maniples were half the size of the other two lines, so yes.
When we feel there's enough content to justify it.
What about scripts? Do they need to be activated in campaign menus?
Thank you ebTeam! For your efforts, for your hard work!

Had my first crash now after winning a battle against Epeiros. It was when i pressed the "enslave" button, it used to be the execute button for prisoners after you win a battle. And it says you can sell the prisoners as slaves, i pressed and the game wronged me!![]()
Congratulations for the release! I'm sure the team did a wonderful job even though I won't be downloading this version because of my inability to play EB in the next few months due to my schedule.

I came back 11 hours later and I'm only at 54%, how did some of you download it so fast? I'm still at 50 kb/s.
