Agents and the campaign map.

So, there's no governors for cities, fine. But is there a TW analyst to explain me why can't I deploy my agents inisde cities exactly ?

Actually, I love how we're now able to deploy our agents on te battlefield. But I have the feeling their role on the campaign map is half baked.

For exemple, as heroes, it wouldn't be so bad to see them getting offices in the empire.

Agents were never able to be deployed in cities. Only provinces
They are quite interesting in my opinio as long as you dissable their spam attacks with mods. But they re pretty good both on the field and on the map

Deploy is not the word then, what I mean is that except if its embedded in an army an hero can not stay iin the city. I guess it was possible before TWW, no ?


On a more general note, even if most of the time they are fairly basic, I really digthat my agents have missions on the campaign map.
