Cannot edit files

I'm running V2, Patch 5 of the mod.

I tried editing the export_descr_buildings file to prevent priests from being recruited from all but the largest churches, since the AI spams priests and overruns my territories with them. But whenever I try to save my changes, I get an error message stating that it cannot create the file and telling me to make sure the path and file name are correct. Any suggestions?

This is probably a problem with modding in Windows 7 or higher. You will have to have full administrator permission, allow overwriting of the m2tw files and maybe even disable the user area altogether.
