Money in this tourney is lower than the last one (15k to 12k) so you're going to have to build armies that are more money efficient and you won't be able to spam elite troops. I think it will be a pretty big hit to the elves since it will be hard to bring 6 elite archers + the cav and spears to protect them.

Also makes the bonus for non picked factions that much more useful. Good ideas all around.

IMO all factions are beatable in this game. Players will have to be clever with what factions they select and when. But I don't think any bonuses are necessary for the first tournament, though certainly if it appears after we're done that certain factions have an advantage, bonuses can be included in the next tournament.

Some notes about the bracket:
- AdmiralThrawn gets a bye because he won the first tourney
- EgyptianViking and Jadli both get byes since they can't play on the 10th
- I get a bye because I don't know who else to give it to
- Seeds are (almost) meaningless
- Top side is all NA (I think) and bottom side is all EU

Ok here's our first match report, I will be posting these after I get the replays for the match, so the sooner I get the replay the sooner I get to post the match report.

The report contains the factions chosen for each player and the army compositions, I put the replays for all the games in the match at the top in a RAR file so if you want to avoid spoilers for some reason just don't scroll down. No, Joerock and Panda told me they are playing tonight, and Azkdadwarf and ForBalin told me they're playing tomorrow. Honestly you guys need to contact your opponents sooner. Steam is a way better option compared to TWC since you can chat in real time.

Attila and Paladinbob will both be disqualified if they don't answer me before Forbalin and Azkdadwarf finish their game.

Me and Joe were set to play yesterday however retail version doesn't work with MP anymore. So I used the CD key to download it off steam however it is taking awhile due to my slow download speed. We should play soon hopefully.

Here's the match report for Joerock's game vs Pandachef, I really liked Joerock's Rohan army. A couple other matches were played but both Azkdadwarf and Forbalin forgot to save replays, and I haven't gotten the replays for Jmon Vs. AdmiralThrawn yet. Being a 2-1 victory for AdmiralThrawn it's bound to be good tho.
