[HELP] Editing ''portrait_settings__core.bin''

Hi everyone!

I'm actually trying to add a new agent to the game, the Blood lord! Everything works pretty good.
I just need to link campaign portrait with this new agent, but I just don't know how to edit ''portrait_settings__core.bin'' in the UI/units/portraits folder. (seems buggy with notepad)

If someone knew, it will help me a lot!

Can someone shed some light on this file? I'm kind of in the same predicament. Whats this file actually do? My custom lord is not showing up properly in the diplomacy window as faction leader and his back is turned in the porthole.
