The Goldcloaks under command of Ser Criston Tully, arrive in Flea Bottom with carts and carts of bread and other food products from the Riverlands. Lord Tully sent them to help the hungry and desperate people of Kings Landing. The Goldcloaks are tasked to pass them out to also help the people's reception of the Goldcloaks in that they aren't always there to deal with, or become the focus of, malcontent.

People of Flea Bottom! Lord Tully has sent food to help you through this time and winter. It is not much but it is all the stores of the Riverlands had to offer. Please take some bread, and feed your families! Orderly please, we will be making our way around Flea Bottom and back to the Red Keep.

OOC- I guess a roll for the reception of the extra food by the people and the spreading of word through the Crownlands depending on that roll.
