Default Changing Unit Order in Stack?

As the title says, does anyone know if it's possible to reorganzie elite units (primarily) into the back of your army so they are used less in auto-resolve? This worked in Med 2 and Rome 1 for sure, but haven't played the newer games a ton.

    Thanks!

I dont think the order of the lineup of your stack has something to do with the auto resolve calculation.

Its better you play the battles yourself if you want to avoid having to many casualties.

Ya, upon further play and testing there doesn't seem to be any link to this in Warhammer TW, which is sad. You could in Med 2 or Rome 1 set a rare unit at the end of your army list and it would be used the least in auto-resolve.

Only thing stack order matters about is when reinforcements enter the battlefield now.

Yes, but this "only thing" has a huge impact on the battles. It's a stupid game design at least for me as Empire so far because some of my best units are always at the end of the stacks. If you had more than two armies, the second army should enter as a whole, than the third and so on, not parts of all armies.
