Default Planning to buy a Laptopt. Recommended specs?

Hey guys I'm planning to buy a new laptop. Thing is, I don't know much about laptops since I've always used desktops. Current budget is around 900 dollars, what can I get for that price? Thank you

Laptops are generally an awful choice for playing PC games. The ratio of performance per $ is the worst. You should find answers here: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...ies-amp-Advice

    This!
Spending 900 dollars/euro's at a laptop is worse decision.
Good gaming laptops (actually playing the game on High/ultra settings) will cost you more than €1500 (and this isnt even dell/razer/special branding gaming laptops).

Spending 900 dollars/euro's at a desktop pc, will give you much more bang for your game.
And if you spend some money on 'old' gtx970 cards (which has dropped massivly in price due to the new gtx 1070 cards), you'll even have much higher performance.

    And why a laptop?
I'll bet your battery of your laptop wont be able to let you play more than 3hours on it, and making the laptop red glowing hot.
Making the 'portable option' of a laptop obselete.

    Buy/upgrade to a (semi-)decent PC.

decent gaming laptops start around 1600$ usd 900 usd = you barely being able to play any game. if that is your budget, I highly suggest you build a desktop. other wise save your money and just buy a cheap regular laptop.

“The only rule that ever made sense to me I learned from a history, not an economics, professor at Wharton. "Fear," he used to say, "fear is the most valuable commodity in the universe." That blew me away. "Turn on the TV," he'd say. "What are you seeing? People selling their products? No. People selling the fear of you having to live without their products." freakin' A, was he right. Fear of aging, fear of loneliness, fear of poverty, fear of failure. Fear is the most basic emotion we have. Fear is primal. Fear sells.” WWZ

Have you had your daily dose of fear yet? craziii
