Default Possible STUTTERING FIX for AMD FX 8350 and similar Users

Hello guys. Today i'm bringing you somehing which could fix the stuttering problem, the same one plaguing our games: CPU unparking.
Yeah, you read that right: the game's only using 5 cores, because the remaining three are probably being parked in your system.

    First of all,

    WHAT IS CPU PARKING?
Basically, windows parks (disables) cores on the cpu to save energy. You want to unpark the cores if they're being parked by windows. I still use windows 7, not sure if windows 8/10 still suffer from parked cores or not. I noticed a 20watt increase in cpu energy usage after unparking according to my energy meter but it's worth it as the stuttering was unbearable.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO "UNPARK" OUR CORES AND THUS REMOVE THE STUTTERING?

You need to unpark your cores using this program
    http://www.coderbag.com/programming-...arking-utility
Read the instructions carefully. Once you have unparked, you just need to restart and....voila!

Warhammer should run without any stuttering now. It fixed the issue for me.

This made a HUGE difference for me. Apparently, three of my cores were parked. It now runs absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Additionally, it's usually a good idea to use a framerate limiter (e.g. from MSI-Afterburner) in TW-games in order to cap the framerate to something between 20-60 fps (a low but consistent framerate can appear smoother than a higher but more varying framerate). Especially on the campaign map scrolling is much smoother (and GPU power usage + heat is reduced).

Here is a link to an old thread I created quite a while ago which still applies:

My cores are unpacked and I still have stuttering, specially when I fight against zombies (a lot of them)

Whats your CPU, GPU and game settings? Whats your average framerate and have u tried limiting the framerate to 30fps (for example)? Limited framerate should be just above minimal framerate for best efficiency.
