Where to look to edit weather/fog?

Hi,

I have the Pack file manager and I would like to edit weather and fog during in game battles.

But there are like thousands of lines in the game files, and I'm a total noob for this tool. Could someone point me to the files I should touch/edit to remove the fog and weather effects during battles?

I would like to make something simple, like this one (from rome 2):

I've checked this mod's pack file and I can see a folder called "db" and inside what appears to be all the maps with a "fog" parameter set to 0 in each of them. That's what I want to do, but in TWW.

I think battle_weather_types would be the thing to look at. There is also battle climate weather descriptions but that has values for seasons and even after modding this game a bit I haven't even the slightest clue how that functions.

Yeah, I've been trying to edit those lines without luck so far :/
