    Default [RELEASED] UI Unit Markers

    Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

This mod won 3rd best Visual/Unit mod of 2016.

This mod aims to make the little UI markers underneath units a bit more visible, as the vanilla UI markers are practically invisible on some terrains.
The mod was tested on a 1920x1080 monitor.

Could you make them green? Like in Rome 1 and Medieval 2.

I made them black and yellow since I figured those would be the colours that would show up best on nearly all of the terrain in the game, including in shadow or sunlight.
If you have the Pack File Manager to extract the files and a picture editing program like Photoshop or even paint.net, you could change it to green.

In custom battles they work fine on water, but for some reason in campaign battles they go invisible under water as we've seen in quite a few official Creative Assembly videos. I've got no idea how to fix it, sorry.

thats alright, at least I'll be able to see in snow battles /everything else!
I don't suppose you could high contrast map borders if you are so inclined? they are incredibly hard to see as well!

I doubled the height of the map borders, and I think I increased the intensity of the colours but I don't know how to change the colour of them.
I think its done in data.pack - materials - ui - deployment_zone_generic.xml but I have 0 idea how to script or whatever.

Yeah, in some areas the color is hardly visible - like the mod. Thanks!

Hello sir, I have been trying very hard to mod the color of these things in Thrones of Brittania. I'm assuming it's the same as for this game. How in the world do you change the color? I am using paint.net . I know how to make a mod properly. But every time i put change the color of the triangles to blue from yellow. I load up the game and they are green and dim every time. What am I doing wrong? What format exacty do u save the dds files in before placing them into the mod?
