Third age total war isn't starting

I just got TATW and whenever I try and run it it says something about kingdoms .exe and how I have to rename it. I'm really confused and I need help with this problem

1) What Windows do you have?

2) Is your Medieval 2 TW a Steam version, or non Steam version?

3) Have you downloaded and installed TATW 3.0 part 1 and part 2, and TATW 3.2 Patch?

4) What exactly is your issue, and when does it happen/occur?

I have Windows 7, the game is non steam version, I've installed everything needed for the game, every time j try and start the game something pops up saying kingdoms.exe could not be found make sure you type the name ccorrectly. This is really starting to confuse me. Thanks

Start just once a campaign in vanilla M2TW, and, once in one of Kingdoms campaigns.

Then, reinstall TATW by using these steps:http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...1#post13675060

Also, do not set your kingdoms.exe to run as an Administrator, it is not needed.
