Yeah I decided to go in a different direction for that campaign.

I took all of my armies, and all of my family members, and took them all on crusade, only leaving a small garrison in my polish cities.

So I took my three crusading armies, and took the whole holy land in like 5 turns, and made Jerusalem my capital.

When eventually a couple of family members grew up in Poland, I took them on crusade against the excommunicated germans, taking their cities one by one, looting them, and giving them to the pope as soon as I left them. Then I started doing it to France.

Eventually I can forsee a massive confrontation between the Middle Eastern Empire of Poland and the massive Empire of the Papal(tine) states

I seriously am suffering by this. I have a Biology test tomorrow and I don't feel like studying right now but playing. But I'm only allowed to play on the weekends and I'm dying to play right now. I'm nagging my mom that I'm currently bored and that she should let me play for one-two hours. I'll see how things go.

Though I just started a Lusted mod campaign and I am hoping to keep it going. Had a couple breaks go my way as England, got a province in Spain as a base to go on crusades, but France and HRE teamed up to hit my Channel provinces....

80 turns, just like me. I always play campaign with England, HRE and Venice and after te 80 turns I start another one, I'm not just able to decide witch of theese faction I love more. I call it the syndrome of 80 turn.

The thing is usually after you´ve sucsessfully completed the initial buildup and expansion you just know that you have the game beat.

That´s what makes me quit my current campaign after I´ve conquered a bit and secured my region. All the screenshots from the first page could have been from me so I have to admit I´m also seriously ill. But I live in denial and tell myself that it´s the games fault not mine. Why can´t the game be interesting and challenging after the initial buildup?

I´ve never build lategame units although I have the game for quite a while now, help me please?

So, has anyone found a cure for this disease?

How about burning the game, giving it to family members to keep away from you, or let an untrustworthy friend 'borrow' it only for him to make an excuse saying he 'lost' it?

Write AARs and roleplay. It's the only way I've found to make my campaigns last longer, I've been keeping some kind of record of my conquests since MTW.

That's the only advice I can give you!

No. SACS is much worse than AIDS. IF only AIDS could be cured with cowbell though.

I cured myself by going to the bars and getting trashed followed by 4AM body shots of tequila at some party. That cured me for the night, but then I was faced with how to cure a hangover. Ding! M2TW!!!!!!!

It's a vicious cycle I must say.
