How to modify the Building Effects

Hello, I need help on how to modify the Building Effects. The export_descr_buildings.txt cannot be modified by hand. Does someone know how they can be changed? Thank you.

export_descr_buildings.txt can be modified using even the standard notepad, yet you must be really careful while doing it since that would be easy for you to make typing mistakes in code, which in turn will result is crashes.

First of all, make a back-up copy before you start changing anything. If things go wrong you will always have an opportunity to replace the corrupted file with the original one.

Second of all, I strongly recommend that you first read this tutorial http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?576124, so that you know what you are actually dealing with.
