vanilla Medieval 2 not playable on windows 7?

Does medieval 2 vanilla(without patches, not steam version) not gonna run on windows 7? I installed it like three times and couldnt start it, even with windows xp/9ì compatibility. There is no error, 0 messages, just nothing happens, when i force it to run in 640xXXX res there is black screeen for a sec and then, bum, pulpit and nothing happens.

I cant install patches, because i have very slow internet atm and its polish version so patch is harder to find. My graphics is integra on m4785td v evo mother board, even installed dx9 from dvd but still nothing happens. I playd it with no problems 10 years ago on windows xp, so offsteam version without patches wont launch on windows 7?
