Roma Surrectum 3 and Windows 10 - Technical Assistance

Hello,
Many of us are still struggling with getting Rome Total War to work on Windows 10.
I created this Thread to ask the community on how they are dealing with it at the moment. Since DVK released the Beta of RS III.
I want to get as many players on board with it and that includes windows 10 users. This MOD must live on so we must maximize player reach and address all their technical issues.

I myself am an expert in computers and been playing this game since the day it came out in 2004.

Post away your solutions to common Windows 10 issues on how to get Rome Total War and Roma Surrectum to work.

If need be I will merge other threads into this one to make one collective knowledge Thread.

I tested the game before the fix and it did not run. One would start the game and as it went to the first loading screen, the game froze, with the screen flashing black/white.

After doing the copy/paste suggested, it ran fine. No further fix was required to run RSIII.
