Since they seem to be keeping a lot of posts from showing up on their own forums, I felt like I should speak about this on the forum where I was suggested to buy from them.
Is anyone else who bought from them experiencing a lot of trouble with the company? I paid for 24/7 tech support and they've pretty much not been giving me it - either I'll call and they won't call back after promising too, or their stores will be closed.
When I've tried to post on their forums, they seem to be blocking or monitoring posts before they show up - an innocent one I made asking about why we can't post was allowed through, but not the topics I made in the Tech support section about an error I've been having with my graphics card.
Has anyone who bought from Monarch experienced similiar problems, and what did you do to fix it? I'm really getting mad at the incompitence the company seems to be showing towards my system, and hope there's some way I can guarntee the services and product I paid for, and not get shafted.
