You've done an amazing job on these units!

I've already downloaded this submod and it's running very smoothly.

Do you know when you will complete the units that will wield the shield and sword?

    I hope that will help
This unit would be perfect for protecting generals!

Further development will go together with King Brian. This is a new mod.

As you can see, I have improved the elves.

The swords are a little bulky, they look a bit too heavy. I think it would be perfect if they were thinner.

Ooh these are looking good. Good job! I see you decided to go for the silver Officer's armor for the units. Not sure if this can be helped, but if I remember correctly, the silver was a bit duller than the armor you got. But nonetheless I like it!

Screenshots are stretched at the edges. In the game, they look better. In the next version I will correct deficiencies. I think two-handed sword has to be larger than the one-handed.

Yes, but reduce them thinner by a fourth, and they will still be larger.

I see a new bowman unit there too.

I want these units in DaC.

For a bodyguard version perhaps you could use the 'palace guards' as inspiration for the sake of making them stand out from the rest. The model would be pretty much the same sans needing a modified helmet and the armour seems to be largely silvery scale armour in place of the breastplates they currently wear (something I've been meaning to have a crack at myself when I find the time after all the other stuff I've yet to do, haha).

I'm not sure why but this mod caused end turn lag for me where normally an end turn would take 5-10 seconds until its my turn again, with this mod it took me around 60 seconds or so. Weird.
August Strindberg: "There's a view, current at the moment even among quite sensible people, that women, that secondary form of humanity (second to men, the lords and shapers of human civilisation) should in some way become equal with men, or could so be; this is leading to a struggle which is both bizarre and doomed. It's bizarre because a secondary form, by the laws of science, is always going to be a secondary form. Imagine two people, A (a man) and B (a woman). They start to run a race from the same point, C. A (the man) has a speed of, let's say, 100; B (the woman) has a speed of 60. Now, the question is 'Can B ever overtake A?" and the answer is 'Never!'. Whatever training, encouragement or self-denial is applied, the proposition is as impossible as that two parallel lines should ever meet."

He didn't add all the units.

I found only four unit-files for axeman, bowman, swordsman and spearman in the files.

But in the picture above there are five units with a red question mark on them. And i also saw an extra bowman-unit and a new siege ballista. Where are those?

I have added the new unit skins for the Galadhrim and the Silvan Elves to Divide and Conquer.

I just had to copy some text in the battle_models.modeldb-file and change the name of the UI-files.

    I can upload it soon.

Divide & Conquer compatible version (0.52).

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/93pmnr7nqf...00.52.rar?dl=0

Changes: UI files renamed to DAC-counterparts, all faction folders for the UI-files removed not counting mercs, slave and mongols (Thranduil's Realm), Added new battle_models.modeldb-file (replaced the MOS one with the DAC one).

Four new skins for Thranduil's Realm and three new skins for the Galadhrim. Captains and generals also has new skins for Thranduil's Realm.

Credits to the mod-creator for the skins used. I just added it to DAC.

    Enjoy.

Yes, i read that the DAC-team had gotten your permission to use the skins in the new version. Therefore i didn't bother to ask again for the same thing.

I don't have MOS installed, and therefore i needed to add them to the current version of DAC- and why wait if it's ready for the older version? I thought it best to release it for the current version also.

How would one go about editing captains and generals? Either to make them look like high elves or to make complete units look like them.

I don't know the correct term but I'm referring to the units that stand to the left of every unit. The two or three that are always distinctly different to the full unit.
