A brittonic faction is not in our mod's plan and afaik nore will it be.

I said that when I looked at the world map you have posted in your main thread, I confess I didn't looked deeply at the faction list. Ok then, that's your developper choice. I will have to live with it.

no they are not empty the british islands. We have already included the anglosaxon kingdoms (Northumbria, Wessex, Mercia) and we have the Picts. Now about the Kingdom of Gwynedd, at first i was thinking to include them when i was making the faction plan but i and the rest of the team decided to make them unplayable faction for now. We will see. We have many more important factions to work my friend

Are there already plans for the naval rosters and battle system?
as for naval rosters , no we have not any plans atm.
We may though use some of the already made twh_units.
Its not even close to discuss this at this moment.
As for battle system, do u mean the naval or the land one?
If the second, we have a plan for achieving balance right from the roster planning.
we give every factions certain pros and cons (as they should have had in real time)
we are offering a limited option in units (12 max) , that is being also limited by the fact that there will be factions completely lacking
certain units/styles of warfare (as they also should have had in real time)
Other than that we will rebalance the stats to suit our planing/rosters.
If you mean hardcoded balancing , e.g. stuff like how often an enemy will flank, i am afraid that we will not, or at least not untill someone with proper abilities joins the team.
As for naval battles, no , we will not change anything.
I understand the team are focusing on several aspects according to your own planned schedule of modding priorities; but please, later give the naval aspects some love - too long modders neglects it, even though Attila's naval battle system is unbearable, only small number of mods tweaks it compared to innumerable land units pack and tweaks. Simply giving the factions Attila GC units won't cut it, since there are factions in the mod's timeframe that were either no longer exists or an entirely new faction.
After all, what is Basileion Rhomaion without her powerful navy?
