House Hightower will pay the tax of 2.5% of 70,000 = 1,750 dragons but rounded up to 2,000 to avoid annoying numbers. I was going to try to RP that depending on how everything else of mine goes.

Due to the recent favors granted by His Grace, House Velaryon pays the Royal Tax (2,000 dragons), but also extends an additional 8,000 to the war effort.
10,000 in total are given to the King's War Effort by Qoherys of House Velaryon.

Arriving through the Reach by the Roseroad, arrives 3,500 dragons from house Martell.
Additionally, there is another 8,000 dragons in total from the High Lords of Dorne, as ordered.
Altogether, a total tax of 11,500 has been levied from Dorne.

House Stark sends 3,500 Dragons southward to fulfill Winterfell's tax. An additional 12,500 arrive from the High Lords of the North. For a grand total of 16,000 Dragons from the Northmen. They were some of the last to arrive, coming south to Kingslanding over the Kingsroad.
