As many people may know, Medieval II is not easy to get working on Windows 8. But I've seen people do it. I'm just wondering, how? If any of you can help me that would be fantastic. Basically here's what happens.
- I install Medieval II:Total War onto my ASUS X550J laptop via retail DVD copy to C:/SEGA/Medieval II Total War.
- I try to run the game.
- Nothing happens. I remain on my desktop.
- I right click and go to properties.
- I change the compatibility mode to all of the different options and every time nothing happened still.
- I re-installed.
- I ran as administrator.
- I disabled UAC.
Basically it won't work no matter what I try. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
ghoulrom.
