How many factions/which factions have a Tier 5 temple?

As the title says, I'm curious what factions have a t5 temple. Examples would be the Roman Pantheon, Seleucid Paradise of Daphne, Pergamnese Altar of Pergamon, etc.

I love the concept of the ultimate faction building. It's super cool they have really specific, wildly different benefits for their factions too. I want to start a Getae IA campaign, and am curious if they've got some sort of t5 themselves; some sort of super-grove-of-Gezebelis or something.

Getae have a T5 civic building. The Warlord's Hold chain upgrades into a King's Hold or something like that, which has some pretty nice stats. I don't think they have a T5 temple though.

Egypt, The Iberian Factions, Carthage, Makedon, Massillia, Athens, Sparta, Epeiros, Carthage (the best faction), Saka Rauka, Basileon Odryson, Pontus, and Sweboz are the ones I recall.
