DeI-PoR is awesome

I just love DeI with that mechanic, it makes my elite troops wayy more important while shifting focus towards basic troops abit.

I wanna thank every one who contibuted and voice my apreciation, this mod makes rome2 at least 3 times as good. CA/SEGA should buy it and make it part of the original while funding further developement!!

Thanks, we still have some issues to work out with stability concerns but it is definitely a great mechanic. The PoR team is to be congratulated on their wonderful work!

yeah they created something fantastic, but if it wherenot part of DEI id never play it

Love it. Should really have been part of the base game tbh in any total war game.

Couldn't agree more.

In fact it's a shame how CA devs dare to release games that hardly unlock more than 50% of their potential - even after customers bought the game twice when unlocking all DLC features that don't even come close to the content delivered by sophisticated modders as Darth and DEI (though they really stand out here IMHO).

Then again, I think a lot of what DEI-minded modders want is historical accuracy and thoughtful gameplay plus difficulties, so likely this goes along well for users of Paradox-style hardcore history games. Other folks just would prefer more armies, more battles, more action, so mods favouring this approach are very popular too. Likely CA always are on the safe side if they stay middle of the road.

Let's put it this way: if CA managed to do it all right, we wouldn't be able enjoy the talents of such amazing people as DeI team, Radious, Darth,....etc

In the spirit of Internet Rules: if it's a game, there is a mod of it.
Seriously though, I watched a couple of CA TW:WH letsplays. Wouldn't ever expect to get things like PoR from those guys.
