Third age total war maps

Hello

I have installed third age total war 3.0/1 3.0/2 3.2 and it worked and after that I installed MoS 1.7 with all the patches, the game works and mos But.. I cant play any settlements map
it says that it needs huge city and differts cultures and when I start a settlement map it just put me in a different map, And I also cant play multiplayer all the matches that I see says:
incompatible. And yes I did adminstrator at all the tawt install, I really wanna play the game .

Man trust me I can't help you out here but try to find someplace different for help... its actually useless here. I've just given up on Third Age because I have created multiple threads each addressing different topics that could maybe help me to get the game to run but I can never get anybody to help. They just redirect so some vide that I have watched a million times over or I get no replies at all.

As for your problem I have never been able to get this game to work for me I am a long time modder (this being the only threads for help or mod I have ever had a problem with) I would have to make the executive decision that some things may be installed in the wrong place causing the directory to jack up but I would jsut double check with maybe lionhearts videos make sure everything is in shape shape.

When you say you can't play any settlements map, are you referring to custom battle or campaign?

Oke Like if you start up the game yeah and you see the menu, I go to online, then i see multiple games playing and waiting for players but I cant join because it says incompetible, so me mad

I then go to singleplayer and click custom batte for fun oke. Then I look for maps then I see the populair maps like minas thirat etc But after the name of like minas thirat etc it says:
you need hugh maps and a some kind of culture, and to the left I see a tab that says culture and settlements but I cant select anything on it so im mad right now installed it for couple of times now
and still doesnt fix it I was really looking forward to play Third Age but it seems that the mod is still not done and alot of work is needed

You can play custom battles, but the (unique) settlements are not supported. The mod is set up to play the campaign. I am given to understand that the scripts in the mod make it very difficult or impossible to play online.

As I said, MOS is not supported that way (I think, but do not know for sure, that you can play straight up custom battles with MOS online, but custom settlements are not supported in custom battles, and 'hot seat' campaigns are not supported).
It is possible that those people you see playing these 'epic siege battles' are just using vanilla Third Age.
