BoB Doesn't Work Anymore

I've been trying to make a few mods with TWeak and I export the changes like I always do and go to BoB and no matter what, it always fails to create the startpos. I tried verifying the game cache, I've tried putting TWeak in patch 17 beta and out of beta. I've tried getting into TWeak and BoB via the AK file and through desktop icons.

I can't think of any other reasons why BoB can't compile the startpos. I tried verifying the game cache and just making one simple change (deleting a unit from an army) and still, BoB can't do it. Please help.

My BoB crashes to desktop but still creates the startpos successfully. Have you checked if startpos is there? (Sorry if your problem is as you describe that startpos is just not there)

also if you have run bob through steam at any point instead of the shortcut I think you have to delete a folder to make it work (see dresden's tutorial)

otherwise try the usual - delete and re-download, run as administrator, run in compatibility mode

lastly just use esf and PFM instead (not as easy but they work)
