All newborn family member male(KH)

Hi.
After few years, it seems I don't get any girls from my generals. It woudn't bother me, but the only young spartan died while fighting phalanglitai, therefore I don't have any more spartans in family(only Athenians, Rhodians, Ionians).
This is after some 60-100 turns. Hopefully I'll get some adopted family members after I start expansion which should be pretty sooon.
Is this male-only policy problem only in my game, or is it somewhat more general?
BTW, another thing I have encountered in this game is that some events like Epyrus&Delhi + Pontos&Sinope, which I get in previous game(0.8, but it was norm. stat/hard battle and i started new with HH, but with restarting the RTW and pretty sure pressed showme everytime).
EDIT: To the situation, Epeiros occupied Delhi region already, and I was never at war with them. Don't know about the Sinope through, but it will be conquered by now.
I was thinking if there is something scripted that only appears when you do have some Lakedaimon generals.

if you kill off your generals you will get adoptees

I do not know about EB, but if someone is adopted his "brothers" from the same generation get negative traits upon adoption in RTW and BE and RTR. So I only adopt someone who is

1) 50% better than my spawn
2) if they are just "ok" and I do not have any children in that generation

OK, killing some is not the way I'd like to go unless there would be no other way. It is bad :hmmm:

The male only thing is probably just random chance. I don't think we have anything to do with gender of births. I know what you are talking about though, if you lose Areus and Akrotatos, then I've desperately hoped for some Spartans again, but keep getting other candidates. It makes it frustrating a little, but a lot of fun too, taking your chances turning down other candidates and fighting small battles with captains hoping for a man of the hour, etc.

OK, finally one girl appeared...
BTW, I lost only the younger one(on second charge to the phalanx rear), but the older was too old to have any more children...
Still no spartan, but after some five big battles against Seleuceids one Ionian become two star general...
Now I started my reconquista by besieging Demetroi(where Mac faction leader was on guard) and Mytiliene(that small island to the west from asia minor), Mac's counterattacked and was defeated after some hard fighting on both places, but after victory in Mytiliene(I was besieging from landconnection to asia minor) game crushed :-(
Not blaming EB, as it was running for over day(including few suspends to disk) so who knows what happened...
BTW, if somebody would close this thread it would be OK to me as it was fake alert

EDIT: Regarding this recent CTD, I'll keep autosave... will see tomorrow if I'll return to it or start a new one, in case it would crash again I'll be able to send it...
