    Default Fleet attrition

What is the point of using fleets (either warships or transporting stacks by sea) when they are constantly losing people (are they all falling overboard or dying of seasickness or something)? Your transports move so slowly that unless your moving to an island and have no choice, you're better off walking even if you're going around the entire Mediterranean, becasue it won't take as long and you don't lose 10% of your troops every turn. In GC and IA war fleets don't seem so bad, but I've noticed in Macedonian Wars they get diseased almost immediately after leaving port. Is this intentional, or have I simply offended RNGesus?

That is why you use supply ships.

Ah, so those will stop the ridiculous attrition penalties then? Excellent. That still doesn't help with the stupidly slow movement, but it'll slightly more bearable now.

Then complain to CA that messed up naval movements in one of the patches. Now transport fleets use the movement of land army, but the sea is treated like difficult terrain. In other words, if you increase transport fleet movement, you will multiply it's movement on land that will lead to even more ridiculous stuff.

I have tried about 1000 different ways to fix transport movement. They all have drawbacks that just don't make it worth it. The final decision we came up with was to increase land army movement but add seasonal land penalties. The problem is that there are caps to how much you can do with that.

We already have increased the naval supply time for fleets in the Macedonian wars campaign compared to all other campaigns, but it still may not be enough considering the scope of water and water travel required in that campaign.

Upping it by another 2 turns should help out quite a bit,
