(Request) More Realistic Attrition
In thinking of campaigns like Stalingrad, Napoleon, etc I feel that winter attrition is rather too lax sometimes. In some campaigns in history, it totally decimated unprepared troops.
Is it possible for a mod to be made that will adjust winter attrition by food surplus, map location, especially whether on foreign soil - and more importantly the bad winter-good winter, etc settings? On the worst winters and supplies, I feel it should be enough to kill at least a third of a stack fairly easily.

Also, prevent fortified stance from offering 100% protection. Just extra protection.

not so easy as there are limited number of attrition types so yes it is possible if you sacrifice some other stuff
