Some of the campaign map icons seem a little large for my taste, though. The hanging gardens and the statue of Zeus seem particularly large and out of place, whereas Stonehenge, the pyramid, and the great lighthouse look great. Just my $0.02.
It's just symbolic, if they were smaller you wouldn't notice them.

This is how the ambient settlements look when combined with cities (the screen was captured from an actual 2.2 campaign siege battle):

Maybe. Obviously nothing on the campaign map is to scale in the first place. Personal preference, I guess. Still, I'd rather have a hanging gardens on the map that I think is 10% too big than no hanging gardens at all

Amazing. EB2 is taking epic proportions like the first one, but knowing everything requires double the amount of work to adapt M2TW all this is becoming really impressive. Thanks guys, not only for your work, but for your talent.

Thanks, but it's mostly xHolyCrusader's stuff, you really should ask him, he did an amazing job I'm very busy recently with RL things so I can't help anyway.

So where is that two-timing German, anyway? He owes my cousin Vinnie a lot a money. So help me, God, if I see that high and mighty crusader I am going to rep him for this work. I'm going to rep him, I'm going to rep his family, his mother, his father, his daughter, his son, hell, maybe even his ing dog too.

DON'T THINK I CAN'T FIND YOU, xHOLYCRUSADER. When I do you'll wish you'd never been born.

    /sarcasm

Honestly, though, xHolyCrusader, pop in here every once in a while! I want to rep you, bro! You deserve the rep. Hell, I've repped people for way, way less (I've even repped people for amusing fart jokes, which are nowhere near the level of contribution to the site as your graphic artist masterpieces here).

How about his friends, what are you going to do with them?

If I catch his friends, any one of them, then I swear to you, on the name of Santa Maria, that you can be damned sure they're going to reveal where he's been hiding out this whole time. They won't need more than an hour for me to 'persuade' them. And if they don't want to cooperate, then maybe they won't mind getting repped at the bottom of the ocean once I'm done repping them too. Sometimes when people get repped, they sleep with the fishes, see? Other times they get honored, they come to my daughter's wedding, I allow them into my household and accept them like a son in my own family. So which one's it going to be?

I recently bought the game Apotheon which then made me feel like playing EB2 again. Seeing how there's is a new update coming out soon, I'll have to wait to start a new campaign.

Can't wait till the update hits, keep up the good work!

You made a fantastic job. I have just one remark, I had have heard of an hypothesis by Stephanie Dalley that the hanging gardens were not in Babylon but in Niniveh due to the confusion between the two cities by Ctesias of Cnidus.

The Gardens are removed from 2.2 release, there is not enough evidences that they existed. Every other wonder will be available tho.
