Default Region / Provence info being pushed off screen?

OK time for an other dumb question on my part. The little info bubbles / buttons that show each city's info (down on the lower left hand side of the screen, where you look to see the season in a region) show up fine early game so I can look and see "Oh this city gets a bonus to cattle farms over wheat farms" ect ect. The problem I am having is later in the game when you have agents, armies and edicts in a province they all add little buttons too and now the city ones are no longer visible.

I tried to find to city's bonus info under the "details" menu but I don't see any of the "+3% to cattle" or whatever under that menu. Is their any other place to find this info?

Related question, In Rome's province their is never a little bubble for Naples, just the one for Mount Vesuvius, so can I assume that is the one for Naples as I doubt a volcano has a trade bonus?

The province effects have a hard cap. That is why they disappear.

Is the hard cap on the effects them self's or just how many can be displayed?

Pretty sure it's just the display that's capped. Could be wrong.

Yep, it's just the display, so there will be some effects that you can't see, unfortunately.

OK so I should make sure to try and memorize what city is good for what before I build too many effects.

One thing is that agents when deployed add an effect there. So, you can undeploy usually to see the other effects.
