Default Suggest for some good skills for admiral?

As title say, do you have some suggest for some good skills for, like Greek/Roman, admirals besides the obvious Veteran Marine skill under the warrior tree and maybe the night battle skill too?

    Hi,

sadly I forgot the exact name of the trait, but I always give them the one which grants more ammo for all units! I think it's "military logistician"! That way all missile ships have more ammo!

This is a good one if you use missile troops. I don't, so I max vet marine and then start pumping excess points into diplomacy/econ advantage.

My most favoured one is Fierce Warrior and going up the ramming line. After this is done, add melee defence and some good household naval traits.

Since 1.1 ramming and surviving melees if you cannot avoid them rules the seas - and is huge fun! Ammo is useful, but comes second here (more essential for generals in my opinion).

Does the upkeep one work? I thought it did.

I usually upgrade thier non mercenary recruitment and upkeep, (navies are a thing now), there's a trait under the Ferocious Warrior tree that significantly boosts marine attack/defense. I think it's like 18% at tier 3. Also I usually upgrade under the Political Strategist or whichever under the zeal tree, the one that increases research rate and empire maintenance. Both incredibly useful and necessary as the game progresses.

    for skills I always go

-camp administrator > Patron I > Patron II > patron III
-Ferocious Warrior > veteran marine I > Veteran marine 2 > veteran marine III

I always have at least 1 siege fleet, 1 purely naval fleet, and one support fleet

For the siege fleet I do
-Commander of men > dread commander I > Dread commander II > Dread commander III
-Ferocious Warrior > archer I > archer II > archer III
-Ferocious Warrior > swordsman I > swordsman II > swordsman III

    Naval i do
-Ferocious Warrior > archer I > archer II > archer III
-Commander of men > voice I > voice II > voice III
-Commander of men > leader I > leader II > leader III

    Support will be
-Commander of men > dread commander I > Dread commander II > Dread commander III
-camp administrator > drill I > drive II > drill III
-commander of men > voice I > voice II > voice III

    As needed would include

rightful sovereign> political animal I > political animal II > political animal III
rightful sovereign> patriot I > patriot II > patriot III
-bureaucrat > reformer I > reformer II > reformer III

    Copy pasta
