Pergamon's Elite Peltasts Recruitement requirements?

Hi guys,

So I've started a nice campaign with Pergamon and having allot of fun with them.
I've built level 3 barracks and the first Greek reforms have hit.
The level 3 barracks should allow me to recruit the Pergamene equivalent of the Macedonian Royal Peltasts.
These units did not pop up on my recruitement table before or after the first reforms.
Is there something I'm missing requirement-wise or is this a bug/glitch?

I'm using the latest version of DeI without any submods.

It's almost certainly Thorax reforms. I'm 5 turns away from hitting it myself as Pergamon and still don't have them. Even without reading the PFM, the preview shows them wearing chain, which doesn't happen on Greeks until Thorax reforms.

If I remember last time this was asked, they are a Thorax unit. But I could be wrong, I am not at home to check at the moment.

They are unlocked by Thorax reforms.
