dvk, I see you managed to add the quote in your sig; does the old problem still remain with that you can only add one, or else it gets stuck on only a single quote? Well, I found this, I hope it may be of some help. http://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=53089

What do we mean by patriotism in the context of our times? I venture to suggest that what we mean is a sense of national responsibility ... a patriotism which is not short, frenzied outbursts of emotion, but the tranquil and steady dedication of a lifetime.

I spent 2 hours last night adding all these quotes, and was rewarded by the game getting stuck on ONE quote, and refusing to display any other. I have no idea why it didn't work. I may have to replace, and maybe provide a special folder with quote optional files. Maybe there is a limit on how many.

I dont think there is a limit, EB and RTR have added a lot of new quotes, so it should be possible to get them in. I'd bet money on those mods have added more qoutes than I have suggested; for I can remember from a while back when I last played RTRPE thinking how a good deal of the added quotes werent that meaningful, and detracted from the feel of the game.

i dont think so at all. we need as many quotes as absolutely possible. so everytime you play the game you always get different quotes. i mean every time, the more quotes the better, personally i think there should be a number high enough to ensure we dont get any repeats at all. and besides, the quotes you posted were all armenian people so we actually need variety. we dont want greek philosophers and Armenian kings as the only quotees.
