I need help and instructions with unit modding

Hey folks, i want to tweak and mod the turks troops a little bit
1.give azabs 1 more armor upgrade
2.make azab pri weapon spear
3.give azab a side arm, an axe
4.rename turkish archers to azab archers
5.make spear militia able to get all armor upgrades
6.give hasham a mace instead of a sword and rename it dismounted qapıkulu
7.give saracen militia a sword side arm
so i need instructions on these
a little help?
